Sweetpotato Gift Boxes

Scott Farms wants you to taste the delicious difference of sweetpotatoes shipped directly to you from the field.  Most sweetpotatoes found in stores have been handled roughly in the field and during the packing process and washed in water, all of which result in damaged produce with a short shelf life. Scott Farms' sweetpotatoes are also available all year long, thanks to our careful harvesting techniques and state of the art storage facility.  

Scott Farms' sweetpotatoes are picked and packaged by hand in our gift boxes.  Only the most beautiful, perfect size baking sweetpotatoes are sent to you in our 6, 12 or 36 count sweetpotato gift box.

Included with each order is a recipe flyer from the North Carolina Sweet Potato Commission.  The flyer contains sweetpotato nutritional information, cooking methods and recipes for everything from sweetpotato soup and salad to dessert! We also have sweetpotato gifts such as sweetpotato candles and cookbooks, which make excellent gifts.

A Powerhouse of Nutrition

Known as "Nature's Most Nutritious Vegetable," the sweetpotato is virtually fat-free, cholesterol-free, and very low in sodium and provides nearly half of the USRDA daily requirement of vitamin C and four times the daily allowance for beta-carotene.

Sweetpotatoes are loaded with antioxidants (beta carotene and vitamins A, C and E), which, in many studies, have helped prevent heart disease and cancer, bolster the immune system, and promote good vision and healthy skin.  They also contain many other essential nutrients including potassium, iron and vitamin B-6.
